What's in the name?
Our name comes from Luke 12:6-7. Not one sparrow is forgotten by God.
It’s uncommon to find sparrows being written about because they’re rather unremarkable looking birds.
Small and brown—they’re easy to miss. But for those in the know, sparrows are uniquely singular.
They are avian bees that distribute seeds and natural fertilizer. They are loyal birds that stay close to people even when the bitter, cold winter comes. Sparrows stay together, working together and constantly communicating with each other. They are small and difficult to spot. But for those who know what they are looking for, sparrows are unforgettable and ultimately indispensable.
Our Sparrows might be easy to miss. But if you find one, you will have a loyal, tough, and unforgettable worker that will prove indispensable. And then you’ll know that they’re not as unremarkable as they look.
Why Zimbabweans?
Just like sparrows, Zimbabwe appears unremarkable. Ours is a small country. But for those in the know, Zimbabweans are uniquely singular.
Zimbabwe has one of the most educated populations in Africa. Steady, dependable and eager to make an impression, most Zimbabweans are just looking for an opportunity.
Sparrow Outsourcing exists to connect the underserved, highly capable Zimbabwean talent with overseas businesses. Our lower cost of living means our costs are lower too. We‘re passionate about showing the world what Zimbabwe has to offer and providing businesses with a dedicated, seamless experience that feels like an extension of their own team.

Brigid
Sparrow Outsourcing grew out of my experiences at Seapride Foods, a business that my mother and I became a part of in 2013. I met incredibly talented candidates, many more qualified than the positions I was trying to fill.
I was amazed by how many Zimbabweans, despite holding multiple degrees, struggled to find work due to a lack of opportunities. Whenever I needed to create or fill a position, it was an exciting moment. I truly found joy in matching the right person to the right role and watching them thrive.
I learned, through years of experience, that the strength of our internal team directly impacted how we served our customers.
I know firsthand that when you have a great team, it positions the business to become greater.
